Besides, dragons are still really god damn cool, and being able to gobble up villagers on a whim with nobody else caring(possibly because they're afraid of pissing off their dragon overlord) provides an unlimited amount of random, sadistic entertainment. I'd definitely rank this as a "must-buy" for any dragon-lovers out there, simply because there aren't any other games like it currently out.

In any case, those of you looking foran Action RPG to play that has smooth and addictive game play and a unique twist to it should definitely pick up I of the Dragon. It's one of those rare titles that; [...] After all, gameplay is the core to any game, and any game that has good gameplay is certainly worth a look.

[...] En resumen. Un genial juego de RPG-acción con un contexto único y original; los únicos puntos en contra son su nivel de re-jugabilidad --que no es grande, y la falta de variedad y diversidad al momento de evolucionar el dragón elegido.

It's pretty tough to advance (though it's easy to play the game) [...] you'll discover a very interesting universe and control a mighty flying beast. The feeling you get when you're sure that the universe you're in either bows in front of you, or gets destroyed (in most cases you'll be forced to choose the second option) is a very exciting one and after a while it makes you fight until you've given your last breath. Dragon breath, of course!
